The Barren County Flames is Barren County’s chapter of the Special Olympics. Our mission is provide an opportunity for adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities the means to participate in a variety of athletic activities. Through the power of sports, we hope to provide our athletes the opportunity to develop physical fitness, develop a passion, and become an inspiration for individuals with disabilities and their community.
As a non-profit organization, we are entirely funded by contributions.
